I needed a new phone for my office and purchased the Uniden 2188 after researching various phones online. So far, I am quite pleased with the phone, which was very easy to set up. The sound quality is excellent, even on the cordless extension, which is very important to me. My previous phone was also a Uniden, but the cordless extension had a lot of static. This model is a remarkable improvement over the previous one I had and I could not be happier. I would highly recommend this phone.
