We had this phone before and due to an electrical problem in our apartment, the main phone adapter stopped working. Prior to that incident, I had no problems with the phone. My husband used it for extended periods during work conference calls and the battery last throughout his calls. The phone also allows him to use a headset so he is hands-free during those long calls. It also has a belt clasp so he attaches it to his belt while using his headset and his hands are free to type on his computer. The phone is light weight and fits my hands very nice. Because of this, we bought the exact phone model since it suits our lifestyle just right. The only down side is that the voice message does not say the date and time of the missed calls when we check for messages. Otherwise, I still give this phone an A+.
